CHINA CAMP STATE PARK
Support China Camp
China Camp State Park was slated for permanent closure on July 1, 2012, due to a $22 million cut in the budget for California State Parks. Friends of China Camp has entered into an Operating Agreement with California State Parks for three years, which will keep the park open seven days a week. This agreement was a result of strong backing from the community and we could not have done this without you, our supporters. We are now working to enhance the visitor experience with educational field trips, interpretive programs, and special events.

There are a number of different ways that you can help China Camp:

Join Friends of China Camp and help us support the state park. Membership fees are fully tax-deductible, because Friends of China Camp (FOCC) is a committee of the non-profit Marin State Park Association, a 501(c)(3),organization.

Make a donation to help support the work of Friends of China Camp. Donations are also fully tax-deductible.

Help keep our state park open by volunteering your time. A number of volunteer opportunities are available, including foot and bike patrols, museum docents, and trail maintenance workers.
